Privacy notice

Eloquantico Segurança Digital Ltda. (“Eloquantico”, “we”) is the controller of the personal data described here. We process data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei nº 13.709/2018) and, where applicable to clients and visitors in the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679, GDPR).

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to run our services:

• Contact details you provide through our forms or by email — name, company, email address, and the content of your message.
• Technical data generated when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected through cookies subject to your consent.
• Information exchanged during an engagement, handled under the confidentiality terms of the relevant contract.

Why we process it

We rely on the following legal bases:

• Your consent — for analytics and advertising cookies, and for marketing communications you opt into.
• Performance of a contract — to deliver the services you engage us for.
• Legitimate interests — to reply to enquiries and to keep our own systems secure, balanced against your rights.
• Legal obligation — where retention is required by Brazilian law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless an engagement begins, in which case contractual retention periods apply. Technical and analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. After these periods data is deleted or anonymized.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — hosting, email, and analytics platforms — under written agreements that restrict their use of it. Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under the LGPD and the GDPR.

Your rights

Under the LGPD and the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, portability, and information about how it is shared. You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD) or your local supervisory authority.

Security

Given what we do, we hold our own systems to the standards we recommend to clients: encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfect, but we treat your data as carefully as we treat our clients'.
